Free Summer Camp?!

There's something amazing happening over in Great Britain ... the government has noticed and acknowledged the importance and impact of summer camps on children's development, so they're considering offering a place at an American-style summer camp (that's us!) for every British child.

Each child would get one trip between the ages of 11-16 (in the year of their choice). Families with low income would get a free ride, while other families would have to contribute something. Isn't that awesome? I can see some U.S. states (ahem, Ohio) taking note ...
