Attention all former PVM staff,
I have been requested in inform you that the "official" PVM All Staff Reunion, has been posponed from its proposed date of October 14-15. We still desire to plan a time for any past staff to come together and enjoy a weekend back at camp, and that event is expected to be rescheduled sometime during the 2006 year (spring or fall 2006). Sorry for the inconveinece of changing the date.
For anyone who had already planned on coming in October, or that would simply like to get together with other staffers sometime this fall, here's the scoop: There's no one stopping anyone from having an informal get-together, and there are options to do that close to or at camp (though that might involve sharing the grounds with a guest group), however I'd like to get a sense of how many people are planning on coming, or if a different date would work out better.

Part of the reason I'm asking is that IF we collectively decide to cancel it or do something another weekend, there is something else that I personally would like to commit to that weekend. But if a bunch of folks still want to come, I can throw out my house as an option. We could also potentially hold some of the housing at camp, but it'd be helpful to know who's interested.

I'm also interested but depending on the date I'm not committed as well! If we do it in the 2005 year then I can only come from Saturday afternoon about 2ish because I have a class untill 12.
Just let me know when the party is, my only booked weekends so far are every single one untill the end of Oct. (except for Oct. 14th and 15th) that's free now.

an alternate activity- a few pvm-ers are already going down with lisa Q that weekend to help hurricane victims and any who would want to join are welcome. it starts wed. oct 12 and goes through sunday, so it'd probably mean getting off school for most.

Alright, well, I have decided to join UT, LisaQ, and the others in going down south that weekend, so if folks still want to come together, you can organize amongst yourselves to get together, here or elsewhere. Make sure to clear with David about visiting at camp before showing up. :)

is anyone actually comin to camp the weekend it was originally planned? bc i already took off practice awhile back and i'd still like to come up if anyone else is.
i am sooo there! if my mom's work days allow it :D if not i will be moping all day
