7 in Mississippi
Here's a few glimpses of our recent trip to Goutier (pronouced "go-shay"), Mississippi. Mollie, Lisa, Tim, Luke, Kelli, Nathan, and I traveled with about 100 Tennessee "Vols" from the BCM, Baptist College Ministry of UT.
Some of us worked on roofing and installing dry wall into damaged houses, and we all took part in some hearty demolition. Many houses needed roof repair from wind damage, others needed to be gutted because of mold after the flood, and for some, all that was left was foundation.
During our 5 day trip, we had about 33 hours of traveling, 2 nights of sleep, and some hearty portions of hammer swinging, sore muscles, memorable conversations, and lasting images.
So my question is, how have "ya'll" seen God at work recently, whether in Mississippi, Ohio, or elsewhere?

I'll admit that most of where I have noticed God working lately is in myself. Slowly moulding. But consistently, when I open my eyes and allow it.
Moulding? We removed all the moulding we could get a hammer on... mostly cuz it was mouldy.
Sarah.... I'm just joshin' ya.
