For NEW Campers
1. To set up a new account, click on the link below
2. On the page that pops up, create a Username and Password. *Keep these for future reference
3. Then fill out YOUR name and contact information (not your child's)
4. From there, you will see instructions on how to complete registration.
For RETURNING Campers
1. You already have an account set-up
2. To enroll, you must access your account
3. To access your account, you must type in a username & password.
If you had an account with Bunk1.com this past summer for emails, you can use the same username and password to sign up for camp online.
If you did not have an account with Bunk1 or if your Bunk1 account information is not working, we have set up an account for you with the following formula:
Username: First two letters of camper's first name + first two letters of camper's last name + zip code + pvm
Password: Camper's last name
*If you have more than one child attend camp in the past, use the oldest camper's information:

Other Basic Camp Information:
CAMP BEGINS/ENDS Bring registered campers to PVM between 4:00 - 5:00 PM (EST) on your scheduled Sunday. If you need to arrive late please contact the PVM office at (937) 452-3347. Camp sessions end on the following Friday at 4:00 PM with a short closing ceremony for parents and campers beginning at 4:30 PM. On Friday YOU MUST check in with Registration for your camper claim ticket BEFORE you go to the closing ceremony. Please note that the Paintball Xtreme camp does not conclude on Friday. Please check the camp description for closing dates.
HARD COPY REGISTRATION Send all registrations and make checks payable to: Pleasant Vineyard Ministries 1259 Swann Beatty Rd. Camden, Ohio 45311. You may make a copy of the registration form or contact PVM for additional forms. Registrations are accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Camp space is limited. If registering online, you will receive a confirmation by email with all necessary forms, including a map to camp and details of what to bring, etc. upon receipt of the registration form and deposit. All forms MUST be returned to PVM two weeks prior to the camper’s arrival. All registrations received by mail or fax is processed in the order they are received. Registering online is faster and often receives priority over mailed or faxed registrations. PROGRAM CHOICE Indicate your 1st and 2nd preferred camp program choice on the form along with the camp dates. The preferred camp choice is the name of the program you would like your child to attend. If space is full in the first preferred program, then your child will automatically be placed into the second preferred choice. If both choices are full, you will be notified by PVM of the additional options. No registrations will be accepted after 3:00 PM Tuesday for the following week. ADDITIONAL WEEKS Campers may sign up for more than one week of camp but will need to leave between camp sessions. Indicate on the spaces provided which additional camps and camp dates you would like your child to attend.
AGE GROUP Camp programs are listed by the grade level completed as of June 2009. However, if a camper has repeated a year in school, they may participate in a camp program that is listed one grade higher.
ROOMMATES Roommates must request each other in writing on the registration form prior to arrival at camp. Priority will be given to those participating in the same camp program choice. Every effort will be made to accommodate all others. Rez Campers will be housed together for scheduling purposes. No more than two roommate choices are permitted. Please keep in mind that although every effort is made to fulfill this request, we are not able to guarantee roommate choices.
REWARDS/DISCOUNTS (applies only to residential camps)
Returning campers bringing non-family, new campers can receive one of the following: - One camper $50.00 DISCOUNT off their registration fees - Two campers $100.00 DISCOUNT off their registration fees - Three campers $150.00 DISCOUNT off their registration fees - Four campers FREE residential camp program valued up to $370.00
NEW CAMPER DISCOUNT For first time campers who have never registered for a PVM summer camp program will receive a $30 DISCOUNT off their camp registration fees.
ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS Registrations (with deposit) postmarked by February 28, 2010 get a $50.00 discount applied to your camp fee balance due. Registrations (with deposit) postmarked by March 31, 2010 get a $30.00 discount applied to your camp fee balance due. Registrations (with deposit) postmarked by April 30, 2010 get a $15.00 discount applied to your camp fee balance due.
SIBLING REWARD For those with more than one sibling attending camp: - 2nd sibling receives $30.00 off registration fee - 3rd sibling receives $50.00 off registration fee - 4th sibling receives a FREE residential camp program valued up to $370.00
MILITARY DISCOUNT
- Active parent of child: $160 total price for a program valued at 370.00. Anything over $370.00 add $50.00 to registration. (Excludes PB Xtreme, Horse Camp and Wilderness Camp)
- Inactive parent of child: $260 total price for a program valued at 370.00. Anything over $370.00 add $50.00 to registration. (Excludes PB Xtreme, Horse Camp and Wilderness Camp)
DEPOSIT A $100.00 deposit fee must accompany each camper registration. If cancellation is necessary at any point up to fourteen days prior to expected arrival, all but the $50 non- refundable portion of the deposit will be returned. Cancellation less than fourteen days will result in forfeiture of the full $100.00 deposit. Any balance paid exceeding these charges will be returned. The deposit is not transferable to another person except for family members. A donation receipt will be issued for forfeited deposits. Campers registering for Paintball Xtreme, LIT, and Wilderness Camp must send a non-refundable deposit of half the cost listed for that camp to guarantee a spot. For all programs, the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the camp date.
CAMP STORE Our camp store features designer camp apparel, hats, jewelry, disposable cameras, camp souvenirs, gifts and snacks. The camp store will also be open during registration on Sunday and after the closing program on Friday.
FINANCIAL AID It is our desire that no child miss out on a PVM camp experience due to financial need. Based on scholarship donations received, financial aid may be available to those who qualify. Preference will be given to those who have NOT received financial aid before. Due to the number of requests, aid is for partial assistance, and financial aid recipients are not eligible for any other discounts. Contact PVM for an application at (937) 452-3347.
