You can register now by clicking the icon below that will take you to our secure online registration webform. Once you enter the Camp Register Website; first time users please click on the 2013 New User icon and returning campers may click on the Returning Users icon.
2013 Returning Users
Once your child is registered for Summer Camp 2013; if you would like to register your child for an additional camp program or additional children for a program, you may click on the Returning Users icon.
Online Account
To make a payment, edit your current online registration form, or view your statement, click on the Online Account Icon.
Paper Registrations
If you prefer to mail your registrations to PVM you may download the registration forms on our website located under the Resource drop down menu on the Home Page.Please mail back or fax to 937-452-5566.
Phone Registrations
If you can not make a reservation online we would be glad to help you get registered. You will still need to download and complete all camp forms and mail them to PVM prior to arrival.
